Why Choose
Base & Board

New Name, New Ownership, New Investment in Quality

We made the transition from Pallet Supply to Base & Board because we knew we had more to offer than simple wooden pallets. Our storage and transportation solutions form the basis for a “business on the move”. We firmly believe that something as simple as wooden boards can transform the entire supply chain of a company, lifting it from the ground up.

Access to a durable and reliable supply chain foundation isn’t a luxury. At Base & Board, we’re committed to supplying the American Midwest with cost-effective and well-designed lumber pallet solutions without compromising quality or performance.

Our Investments in Excellence

Expert, local customer service

Pain Point: Most pallet companies hide behind phone trees, outsource sales to regional offices, or simply don’t pick up the phone.

Our Solution: At Base & Board, we’ve invested in local experts who answer your calls, understand your business, and solve your problems without the runaround.

Dedicated trucks & trailers

Pain Point: Delayed deliveries, missed deadlines, unreliable suppliers that leave you hanging.

Our Solution: We’ve optimized our logistics and expanded our fleet to guarantee your pallets arrive on time—every time.

Precision, automated equipment & process

Pain Point: Weak pallets that collapse under load, inconsistent dimensions don’t fit perfectly in the truck, and errant nails causing safety hazards.

Our Solution: We’ve invested in precision, automated sawmill and nailing machinery and 3rd party certified quality control. You get durable, reliable pallets—when and where you need them.

Fully integrated ERP

Pain Point: On-time delivery is subject to your supplier’s memory and post-it notes.

Our Solution: We’ve partnered with Pal-Mate, the leading ERP system for the pallet industry, to provide a fully documented Order-to-Delivery Process. This enables us to confidently assure that your order will be tracked and delivered on-time and as-ordered.

Round-the-clock Production

Pain Point: You miss big opportunities because your supply chain partner can’t keep up.

Our Solution: We have built the flexibility to expand our capacity to handle large and/or expedited orders

Modern Engineering Capabilities

Pain Point: You can get any size you want, as long as it’s 48×40.

Our Solution: We’ve invested in fully adopting the industry leading engineering software recommended by the International Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA.)

About the Pallet Design System

Honesty in Certification:
Real Compliance, Not Empty Promises

Most Companies Claim Certification—But We Can Prove It. The pallet industry is full of companies that claim to be ISPM-15 certified, promising you pallets that meet international export standards.

But talk is cheap—and the truth is, Base & Board is the ONLY company within 75 miles of Tulsa that is actually ISPM-15 certified. Don’t take our word for it—verify it yourself. The ISPM-15 registry is public, and our certification is right there in black and white. We don’t just say we’re compliant—we prove it.

Why This Matters

  • Risk-Free Exports

Ship internationally without the fear of border rejections or fines.

  • Guaranteed Compliance

Our heat-treated pallets meet all international shipping standards.

  • Transparent Proof

You can verify our certification at any time, directly from the ISPM website.

If your current pallet provider can’t show up on the ISPM registry, ask yourself what else they might be hiding. At Base & Board, we believe in honest business, clear certifications, and guaranteed compliance—because your supply chain deserves nothing less.

Base & Board has been serving the American Midwest right out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the past 50 years, and we’re committed to giving back to the community that helped us flourish and expand to numerous states in the region.

We’re a second-chance employer and a long-time investor in local community development by supporting small businesses and local vendors. At Base & Board, we firmly believe in the importance of a strong and reliable foundation for growth, whether it’s for businesses or local residents.
